         in Par Value

          The Stock Exchange of Thailand



         Pursuant to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of

Shareholders no. 1/2010 of Thai Rubber Latex Corporation (Thailand) Public

Company Limited held on June 22nd, 2010 which approved the decrease of the

Company's registered capital from Baht 500,000,000 to Baht 272,631,060 and

changing of par value from Baht 10 to Baht 1, resulting in the increase of

ordinary shares from 27,263,106 shares to 272,631,060 shares.



          Please be informed that the company has registered the decreased in

registered capital and the change in par value, and amend of the clause 4 of

the Memorandum of Association to the Department ofDevelopment, Ministry of

Commerce on June 23, 2010.
