           Thai Rubber Latex Corporation (Thailand) Public Company Limited

(TRUBB) would like to report that on September 16, 2009, TRUBB paid the

capital increase of 1,000,000 common shares, at Baht 7.50 per share, amounting

to Baht 7,500,000 to Agrowealth Company Limited (subsidiary that the company

holds 100% of shareholders structure, Agricultural Futures Trader). After this

shares paying, the subsidiary will have the fully paid up capital equal to the

registered capital of Baht 60,000,000.
