               PAYING INVESTMENT IN LATEX SYSTEMS CO.,LTD.





         Thai Rubber Latex Corporation (Thailand) Public Company Limited (The

Company) would like to report that on 17 August 2009, the company paid the

investment in common shares of Latex Systems Co.,Ltd.  (associated that the

company holds 26.04% of shareholders structure, Foam Latex Mattress Producer)

207,614 exiting common shares, amounting to 2,076,140 Baht to 3 other persons;

852,140 Baht to Mr. Mana Harintharanont,625,500 Baht to Mr.Pornsak Tippayawat

and 598,500 Baht to Ms. Pensri Chunboon.
