Subject The capital increase of Agrowealth Co., Ltd.



        The board of directors of Thai Rubber Latex Corporation (Thailand)

Public Company Limited at a meeting (# 6/2010) held on June 22, 2010 approved

the capital increase of Agowealth Co., Ltd.(subsidiary that the Company holds

100% of shareholders structure, a broker in Agricultural Future Exchange of

Thailand).The subsidiary will increase the registered capital from Baht

60,000,000 to Baht 75,000,000 or increase capital amounting Baht 15,000,000

by issuing new 1,500,000 common shares, at par value of Baht 10.00 per share,

to sell to the Company. After purchasing shares, the Company's shareholder

structure in the subsidiary will remain at 100%. The objective of the

subsidiary's capital increase is to increase Adjusted Net Capital (ANC) so

that the subsidiary will take a greater investors' orders in the Agricultural

Future Exchange of Thailand (AFET).
